About Ticket Tailor

Our mission is to empower a diverse range of event creators by making it easy and affordable to sell tickets online. We believe in doing business for the good of society and the environment, by growing better not just bigger.

Last year, over 6 million tickets were sold through the Ticket Tailor platform, for all types of events from art installations to water park entry. We have a world class NPS score, and pride ourselves in building a simple platform built with a customer-first mindset, whilst making a difference to the planet by donating 1p to climate causes for every ticket sold.

We’re fully independent meaning we don’t have to answer to anyone except ourselves and our customers, allowing us to scale the company sustainably and with soul.

Our small, but stellar team value simplicity, transparency and collaboration. We love to work with inclusive and supportive people who share our belief that a happy workplace = happy customers.

About the role

Ticket Tailor are looking for a flexible, part-time resource to provide ongoing front-end development support to our marketing and brand team.

Ticket Tailor’s marketing site receives around 130k visits per month from around the world and our SEO performance is intrinsic to the business's success. We are looking for someone who has experience and excels in combining design, technical and SEO skills to ensure we maintain and develop the website's authority and performance.

You will work closely with our designers to roll out new marketing assets - this could range from creating new landing page templates, through to rolling out an entirely new custom blog. You will be responsible for ensuring our marketing site and blog look great, are easy to navigate, SEO optimised and work seamlessly across a range of devices. You will also identify opportunities to automate and optimise the process for publishing new and responsive content so that the website is dynamic, relevant and regularly updated.

We anticipate the required commitment to average at 2 days per week.
